Immigration Psychological Evaluations
I-601 waiver
This type of waiver is for individuals who have been deemed inadmissible to the United States. Approval of this waiver allows those individuals to continue their immigration process.
Asylum
This type of evaluation is for individuals looking to seek asylum in the United States. Typically they are considered at risk of serious harm, often due to political or religious reasoning, in their country of origin and are compelled to leave to seek safety.
U-Visa
This type of Visa is for individuals who have been a victim of a crime and suffered mental or physical abuse, and they are helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
VAWA allows abused spouses, children, or parents of U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (also referred to as green card holders) to seek immigration relief independently, free from reliance on the abusive family member.
Removal Cases
This evaluation is relevant for individuals facing imminent deportation, especially those who can demonstrate significant hardship should they be compelled to depart from the United States.

Each evaluation incurs a fee of $500 and typically requires a three-week timeframe for the completion of the necessary paperwork following the assessment. In special circumstances, this therapist does offer pro bono evaluations as well as a sliding scale fee structure.
For expedited timelines, one-week, there is an additional $100 fee.
